Windermere places a priority on education. Our courses are taught by professionals in the industry who bring expertise and integrity to the classroom. Windermere offers a wide range of courses designed to meet the needs of agents at every phase of their career.

Windermere offers courses in several education centers throughout the Windermere network including pre-licensing and continuing education. Many of the live courses are brought to Windermere real estate offices for the convenience of Windermere agents. In addition, Windermere offers a variety of on-line courses. The majority of live and on-line continuing education courses are state-approved and satisfy mandatory continuing education requirements.

In addition, Windermere holds a two and a half day education Symposium each year that features national speakers, agent panels and a variety of sessions ranging from skill building techniques and the latest technology tools, to personal development workshops. The Symposium not only provides top-notch education but also provides opportunities to network with colleagues and generate referral business.
